How we look after your card

It’s a suggestion box. No name needed. Here’s the simple version of what happens to what you write.

Who reads it

Juwon, who runs Clinically Intelligent. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, then it’s deleted.

What we do with it

We look for patterns across cards, the things that come up again and again, and use them to decide what to write about, teach and build. We may turn those patterns into themes or research, always anonymised. Your card itself is never published.

Your email

Only if you choose to add it, and only so we can follow up about your card. We won’t add you to any mailing list.

If you speak your card

On some phones you can say your answer instead of typing it. Your browser turns your speech into text, either on your device or through your browser provider’s online service, depending on the browser. This page never receives or stores your voice, only the words you choose to send.

Please don’t say anything that could identify a patient or colleague, and don’t record conversations or clinical encounters.

Not for incidents

This isn’t an NHS reporting system. For a patient safety incident or concern, use your organisation’s usual process.
